We despatch our orders using DPD next day delivery service for all orders over £100 inc VAT (Applicable to UK mainland only).
We can also use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service which may be more suitable for the Highlands and Islands and any smaller orders.

Payments on our website are powered by Stripe, one of the worlds leading Payment Service Providers (PSP). Stripe are fully PCI DSS compliant and you can be assured that your card details are safe and secure at all points throughout the checkout process.
In addition to using Stripe, we also use a secure certificate to secure your other personal details throughout the checkout process and also ensure protection of your online account with Superlogo.
At no point do Superlogo have any access to your credit card details nor do we ever store any or your card details. All transactions are performed by Stripe and your bank.
Transaction security- All transaction information passed between our site and Stripe's systems is encrypted and Stripe are Level 1 PCI Compliant. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and Superlogo never have access to your credit card details. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Stripe's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage - Once on Stripe's systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

We will send you an Invoice with a payment link so you can make payment. Please note we are unable to proceed with your order until the payment has been received.
We do not accept payments by card over the telephone
Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact our customer services. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification".
Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan.
Once a garment is personalised we can only accept returns based on sizing issues if the product does not measure what we say it will on that items size information. If you receive garments that do not measure what we say, please contact us where our customer service team will be happy to help.
All personalised items from Superlogo are made to order
Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items.
