Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, apply to all orders placed with Superlogo Ltd. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) by any person or organisation (“You”, “Your”) for products (“Products”) purchased via our website, phone, or email.
By placing an order with Superlogo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

Contract formation: An order is binding once you approve your quote and pay for the order, or supply an official government or council purchase order.

Personalisation: By uploading artwork, you confirm you have rights to use it and indemnify us against any infringement claims. It is your responsibility to check all spellings, colours, and layouts carefully before approving proofs. Once approved, no further changes can be made and Superlogo accepts no liability for customer errors.

Delivery: Times shown are estimates. Please discuss requirements with your account manager if you need a specific delivery timescale.

International delivery: Orders may be subject to import duties/taxes and these are payable by you.

Price & payment: Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless a credit account is agreed. Orders will not enter production until cleared payment is received. Delays in payment will extend lead times.

Discounts & offers: We may offer discounts from time to time at our discretion. All offers and discounts are subject to stock availability and are time-limited.

Faulty products: If a product is faulty, we will replace or refund it. This may involve the garment being sent to the supplier to confirm a manufacturing defect.

Stock availability: If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you by email or phone and discuss alternatives.

Missing items: Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us in writing within 7 days to enable us to resolve this for you.

Our liability: Our liability is limited to the total order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits, missed events).

Events outside our control: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather, pandemics, courier delays).

Customers’ own items: If a customer wishes to have their own goods printed or embroidered, they do so at their own risk. Superlogo accepts no liability for damaged goods during the production process.

Embroidery files: All embroidery files created by Superlogo remain our property. These files are used solely for production and are not supplied to customers.

Intellectual property use: Unless you notify us in writing, you grant Superlogo permission to display completed products (including your logo or design) in our marketing materials, social media, or website galleries.
