SPECIFICATION

A superb tailor-fit women's hi-vis windproof, waterproof & unpadded breathable jacket. Conforms to EN ISO20471 Class 3 and EN 343:2003 + A1:2007 Class 3.3. Fully taped seams to ensure waterproof and self-colour mesh lining for best breathable quality. Part elasticated waist for style. Angled pockets under the reflective piping storm flaps closed with hook and loop fastening. Storm cuffs with hook and loop fastening adjustment & soft-touch internal cuffs for comfort. Heavy duty two-way front zip to chin with hook and loop fastening storm flap. Concealed hood in collar with hook and loop fastening closure. Internal right breast smartphone pocket. An internal bottom concealed zip access for decoration.

Washing InstructionsMaximum washing temperature 40ºC. Normal process & wash as synthetics. No bleaching is allowed. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry or wring. Do not dry clean, cold rinse & short spin. No professional dry-cleaning in perchloroethylene or hydrocarbons. Do not wash in biological powder. 25 max. wash cycle.

Q1: When do I pay?

Payment must be made prior to production. We will send you an Invoice with a payment link so you can make payment very easily. Please note we are unable to proceed with your order until the payment has been received or an official council PO has been received.
Q2: How do I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

We do not accept payments by card over the telephone
Q3: When will my order be ready?

Your order will be ready as soon as it has been decorated. This is subject to stock availability and seasonal demands. Typically we expect most orders to be ready within 2 weeks or sooner if previously arranged. Your customer representative can discuss this with you prior to placing your order.
Q4: Can I supply my own garments?

We do not decorate customers own garments unless you have 50+ items, and they are deemed suitable to decorate by a member of our team. We have a huge catalogue of products available that are meant for the decoration industry. Customers own items may not be suitable in the production process.
Q5: Do all garments I order have to be the same colour and size?

Unlike many other suppliers we do not require all garments to be the same colours or size. The only restrictions that may be placed on you are the print colour choices. Typically we allow 2 different print colour choices free of charge but we do not restrict your garment selections.
Q6: Are there any setup charges?

For embroidery there is a one off set up charge of £20 to have your logo set up in a stitch format. Once we have your logo set up there will never be another set up charge. For larger orders of £250 inc VAT the set up charge will be waived.
Similarly there may be screen set up charges for smaller screen printing runs but this will be waived for larger orders over £250 inc VAT.
Your customer service representative will advise you when quoting if there will be any set up charges. We are always upfront with our customers should there be any set up charges.
Q6: Will you send me a proof of my order before production?

Yes we will send you an electronic proof of your order prior to production for your approval. Once approved and your order has been paid for we will begin the production process.
